Important Disclosures and Consents
Last updated: May 4, 2026
Please review the following Disclosures and Consents carefully. They affect your legal rights. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.
Electronic Communications and Signatures Agreement (E-SIGN Act)
You consent to receiving agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, and other communications from Natural ("Communications") electronically instead of in paper form. Natural may provide these Communications to you via your account dashboard, Natural's website, Natural's mobile application, Natural's financial or technology partner, or email.
- Authorization. You agree that Natural may send you electronic Communications.
- Legal Effect. Electronic Communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication must be in writing.
- Signatures. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as your handwritten signature.
- Technology Requirements. You confirm you have access to a device with internet connectivity, a current web browser, and the ability to view and save PDF documents.
- Paper Copies. You may request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge.
- Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting Natural. Note that withdrawing consent may result in Natural restricting or closing your account.
- Third Parties. Your consent includes electronic Communications that Natural provides on behalf of its third-party financial partners and technology partners.
By signing up with Natural, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to electronic Communications.
Funds Availability (Reg CC)
Funds you deposit into your Natural Account are generally available 3 business days after the day of deposit, though Natural may make funds available sooner at its discretion. Deposits received on a non-business day or after 11:00pm PT on a business day are considered received the next business day.
Account Fees (Reg DD)
Your Natural account may be subject to fees, including transaction, service, and other applicable charges. Fees are described in the Natural Services Agreement and Natural Pricing page and may be invoiced monthly and/or deducted from your account balance. Natural may change fees from time to time with advance notice as required by law.
Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure (FCRA)
Consumer Credit Report. When you open or claim your Natural Account, Natural may obtain a "soft inquiry" consumer report about you from at least one consumer reporting agency. A consumer credit report may include information about your credit standing, credit capacity, general character, personal characteristics, or mode of living.
Permissible Purposes. Natural may use this information to:
- evaluate if you qualify for a Natural Account or credit;
- service your Natural Account; and
- comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your Rights. Under FCRA, you have the right to annually obtain a free copy of your consumer report from a consumer reporting agency at annualcreditreport.com or by calling 1-877-322-8228. You may also dispute inaccurate or incomplete information. If Natural takes adverse action based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, we will provide you with an Adverse Action Notice that describes the decision or action taken.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act Notice (ECOA)
The Federal ECOA prohibits creditors from discriminating against applicants based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age. It also prohibits discrimination because all or part of your income comes from a public assistance program or because you exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

EFT Claims. Notify Natural immediately of EFT activity you suspect is in error or unauthorized.
Timing.
- If you notify Natural within 2 business days, your losses will be limited to $50.
- If you wait longer than 2 business days to notify Natural, you may be responsible for up to $500 in losses if Natural can show that those later losses would not have occurred had you notified us within 2 business days.
- If you do not notify Natural within 60 days after we sent the first statement showing the unauthorized or erroneous EFT, you may not recover losses that occur after those 60 days. We must be able to show that those later losses would not have occurred had you notified us within the 60-day period.

Investigation and Provisional Credit.
What happens after you contact us:
- We will investigate your claim promptly.
- Within 10 business days after we receive your claim, we will either complete our investigation and inform you of the results, or provisionally credit your account for the amount you believe is in error so you have use of the funds while we continue our review.
If we provide provisional credit:
- We will notify you within 2 business days after the credit is applied.
- You will have full use of the provisionally credited funds during the investigation.
Investigation timeframe:
- We may take up to 45 days to complete our investigation.
- If your account is new (opened within 30 days before you notified Natural of the EFT activity you suspect is in error or unauthorized), then we may take up to 90 days to complete our investigation.
When the investigation is complete:
- We will inform you of the final result within 3 business days.
- If we determine that no error occurred, we will explain our findings and may reverse any provisional credit provided.
Stopping Preauthorized Payments. To stop a recurring payment, notify Natural at notices@natural.co at least 3 business days before the next scheduled recurring payment. If you notify Natural within that time period, and we fail to stop the payment, Natural is liable for your losses or damages.
